Helmet EDL ELECTRICAL ARC EN 50365 Class 0 1000 Volt

Protective helmet with internal visor for protection against electric arc. The shield be lowered and fully covers the whole face of the user. According to EN 50365 (1000volt) the helmet is ce marked and covers the specifications EN 397 (helmet) and EN 166, 167 and 168 (visor). The helmet is marked with di-electric symbol (440vac). The internal harness has vertical straps with synthetic material and vertical strap made from synthetic low density material for protection. The head harness is adjustable in length. The shield covers EN 166 specification category 2-12, optical class 2 with mechanical resistant level (B) anti-scratch (K) and anti-mist (N). Protection against splashes (3) asa well as electric arc (8) and molten metal (9).

Helmet VFR 2009 FIRE FIGHTER

Fire helmet ce mark class iii according to the existing european norms EN 443 2008 and EN 14458 2006 for fire fighting helmets externally the helmet is made from kevlar with synthetic fibers and reinforced edges. The helmets lining is composed of two parts, the external part which is made of eps material (30kg/m3) for absorbing large impacts and the front part made of eps material (70kg/m3) for absorbing front and side minor impacts. The internal harness is adjusted by a wheel ratchet. The lining is made out of a special material coolmax dupont making the outmost in comfort and protection the helmets visor is internally positioned and can be lowered to protect the face of the fire fighter. The visor is made of pc material anti-scratch and anti-mist as well as resistant to high temperatures.
